The flavour diverty in our world is magical and a gift for humanity. In the animal kingdom smell is the primery sense and instinct to protecting from harm.
In the same vein I would like to encourage people to make more out of their gift to smell. I would like to share my knowledge and experience in olfactory taste perception with everybody who is interested in exploring fresh dimensions of olfactory capabilities… 
I believe that experimenting novel and creative paths of olfactory experiences let us perceive the world more colorful and makes us think differently think of food.
